Elie's the first one to see it!:
I won't ruin the film for anyone but in reality, the cleverly funny one in the film is Our Bill. A two word line broke me up. Laughed out loud.....which I seldom do...and my hubby poked me in the ribs...........as in "hush"!!!
The music to my ears was when I overheard people behind us saying, "That guy is really funny, I hope he's on some more" Yeah for our Bill. He is a delight, the sideways glances and the toss of his head. Wish he'd recognize by now that he is a comedic rather than a noir actor.
dlrs says: It didn't deserve the total trashing that it got from the critics, but it wasn't the best film I've ever seen. Bill was a stitch! Love that wacky, dumb guy character that he did early on in his career. Bill can do it all, and with panache!
Christal Bolotte:
Mary Ellen
Wendy Marsh: Have followed Bill Pullman's career for some time and admire his many acting abilities. However, this is one film he should have stayed miles away from. The bad language I could take but not the general level of stupidity. I rented it in anticipation of at least a great performance from BP, but even he couldn't save this stinker. I now rate it as one of the top 10 bad movies of all time!
