Mary Ellen (barray_60646@yahoo.com): The short story that our man Bill stars in is titled Tomorrow I Die. Bill plays a man named Rich Thurber. In the beginning of the story Rich is in a bar which 4 armed men hold up and take him and several other people as hostages. They kill one of the hostages then they take the others to a hideout. On the way there one of the cars they are driving in goes off of the road and into a ditch killing one of the gynman. The others go on to the hideout with the other hostages. Once at the hideout the gunman send Rich and one of the ladies to retrieve the money they had stolen earlier, which is still in the car that crashed earlier and killed the one gunman, even though I don't understand what they are saying I figured out what they dais to Rich. I believe they told him if he and the girl caome back with the money, they would kill the remaining hostages. They retrieve the money and make it back to the hideout. The gunmen find out that Rich has hidden the money somewhere. He wouldn't tell them where the money was. A shooting occurs, leaving 2 of the gunmen dead, so it's down to a standoff between Rich and the remaining gunman. I'm not going to give away the ending. Figure out what happens next.
Angie (Angela.Pundschus@hochbahn.com): It's a short story from a novelle by Mickey Spillane called "Tomorrow I Die". When I'll say Bill in my description I'll mean the German voice of him. A typical American bar in a little village. In the bar are the sheriff, his daughter and the waitress. bill tells that he was on a trip to anywhere. He had only $6.00, the rest of his money. The bus made a stop in this village and he was thirsty because it was very hot this day. He was the only person who left the bus. He comes into this bar and the daughter meant, he is an actor, who was very famous, when he was younger. Everyone believes her story about this actor. Then he went to the toilet. Suddenly the door was open and he stands in front of a man with a gun at the head of the waitress. He tell him, he has to come back into the bar. There ar thre other men. They are gangsters. They had made a bankrobbery. Now they take him for the mayor of the village. Because he looks a little like the mayor. The gangsters mean it's a good idea to kidnap the sheriff and the mayor. They kill the waitress and leave the bar with the sheriff, the daughter and Bill. They take two cars and leave the village. Bill thinks about how to involve them in to an accident. He drives fast for having dust in the back of his car. He wants to take of the sight for the second car. And he makes it. The second car has an accident. One gangster dies. The car falls down a hill. The money of the back robbery is in this car. But it's dark. So they can't get the money. They drive to a loney house, where an old man lives and wait till the next morning comes. Then they sent the daughter and Bill out, to get the money. The sheriff and the old man have to wait with the gangsters. The daughter still mean, he is this famous actor and she wants to sleep with him. And he sleeps with her. Then he changes the money with leaves. They go back into this loney house and then Bill tries to incites the gangsters. And he doe sit. Two of the gangsters made a duel. And two of them die. There's only one gangster left. Suddenly Bill drews a pistol out of his sleeve and kills the last gangster. The old man says to Bill, tell the sheriff who you are really. And now the golden questions: Who is he really? What happens then? The last two minutes of the film.
